World Legal Information Institute provides a "free, independent and non-profit access to worldwide law". It is a portal of multiple databases covering legal information and resources from over a 100 jurisdictions. It provides access to cases, court decisions, treaties, law journals and libraries in addition to country or subject specific sites, links and resources. WorldLII is an open access forum that is growing and updated continuously. Beside the search and advanced search navigation options, it can be navigated via various useful filters such as country, region, grouping (commonwealth, francophone, etc.), by subject of law, library (law reform, treaties) or by project (international, privacy law). Note: to access Industrial Relations and Labour Law go to Labour Law or Employment Law under category - subject. Once in labour law section, you can find labour databases, research links, related topics and searches or you can filter by country, treaties, publications and others. Related topics are found in Social Welfare and Services and Law and Economics
 
The Doing Business Project is a World Bank Group project concerned in "gathering and analyzing comprehensive quantitative data to compare business regulation environments across economies and over time". It was launched in 2002 and covers indicators in 189 economies today. The project provides baseline data about different economies, indicators, snapshots, and information about regulations useful for businesses. The data is backed up by details and referenced documents that can also be found on the website. The various reporting functionalities of the website facilitate searches and offer a straight forward method to compare indicators and ranking among various economies or regions as well as historically from 2003 to date. Tips: The tab "Data" provides indicators for countries and can be filtered by topic; the employment worker will be the topic that includes indicators related to labour regulations, it can be found under "additional topics" Employing Workers Data. The "Research" tab provides access to papers discussing the concerned topics, i.e. Research on  Employing Workers. The "Business Reforms" tab provides updates on reforms and improvements in the selected topic per country, i.e. Business Reforms for Employing Workers. The "Law Library" tab is a repository of laws per country with links to original texts

NATLEX: The ILO's International Labour Standards Department database of national labour, social security and related human rights legislation contains abstracts of legislation and original texts from 196 countries (according to to NATLEX). The database can be browsed by country or by subject. An advanced search option is also available as well as a filter for newly available documents. The database is huge, but easy to navigate. For instance, you may browse by subject, choose the subject of interest, on the right side you will see names of countries where documents on that subject are available.  Note: documents can be in any of the ILO official languages (English, French, Spanish)

OKR: The World Bank Open Knowledge Repository is a rich source of free World Bank publications including books, papers, reports, journals and studies. The repository can be browsed by different filters such as date of publication, authors, titles, topic or collections. If you choose browse by topics, a list of topics ordered alphabetically will be shown. However, at the top you will be able to browse by letter or by typing the topic of interest in the search box. Tip: the OKR uses the word "Labor" and not "Labour". Publications concerned in labour issues can be found following the link: OKR: Labor
